Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, we are going to continue with curbside service for the foreseeable future.
When you arrive for your appointment, give us a call when you arrive and let us know the numbered space where you have parked.
- When it is time for your appointment you will meet our team in our fenced-in secure area around the left side of the building. Please wear a mask when interacting with our team.
- Your technician will verify your services and take your pet inside the hospital.
- Please return to your vehicle while your pet is inside.
- When your pet’s services are completed we will call you to discuss any needed treatment, arrange payment and ensure we safely deliver your pet back to you.
Prescriptions and food will continue to be processed curbside.
- Call ahead when possible and we will have everything ready when you get here. We will still process payment over the phone and bring the medications and food to you.
